Serial settings for 4800 bit

Hello,

what are the serial settings for 4800 bit?
The settings for 625, 125.2 and 19.2 kbit are documented
elsewhere in this forum (PIC_SPBRG1=0x01..0x40),
but not those for other rates. Must the high-speed bit be reset?
How to calculate the rates?
